About

Hi, and welcome to my blog! I’m a cellist in Oakland and I have many diverse projects. I mainly use this blog as a listing for my performances, but I will occasionally post info about album releases and other content. Hope to see you at a show!

Hi Lewis….In case you do not get my message (“other folder messaging”, says your face book page when I sent it) Tomorrow, Sept. 7th: SF Opera (arias….see their site for program/artist info) free concert in Golden Gate Park, Sharon Meadow. Starts at 1:30pm. Their season is just getting started. GREEN FLAG marks the spot for gathering. (I’ll get there early & put down fabric for people) I put a note on C.R.’s facebook page, too, for those interested. Bring picnic lunch, and one hand-made or grown thing to share w/others. After the opera……carpool to get Jazzed up w/Mads Tolling, Jeff Denson & Dan Zemelman Trio, at Community Church of Mill Valley, #8 Olive Street (by Old Mill Park), 4p – 6:30p. Share this info.
    Hope to see you there!

Hi Lewis. I’m a pianist new to the SF area. Have found some connections and have done some minor performances with the EBMC in Oakland and at Rev cafe once, I had a trio in St. Louis in 2014 and we performed lots of Piazzolla. I’v been on the look out for the opportunity to play the 4 seasons again as a trio or more!. Would love to know more if there was a spot in your music experiences.

  3. HI Lewis, I’m starting a series at a wine tasting room in Oakland. Thinking about inviting cellists to bring in their favorite duo partner. Are you interested? a thursday night from 6-8

Hi Lewis, I am hoping to get some information about the Huckleberry Quartet that played at the San Mateo Public Library in April. I would like to talk about whether the group might do a program at one of the meetings of the Upper Peninsula League of the San Francisco Symphony. Please let me know who to contact, if not you?
